LOT#: 240208-246

DESCRIPTION: PW lot (4) New York Watch Co, 18S, OF cases, white enamel SS dials, KWKS (four keys are included as pictured), three run - [1] Fred'k Billings, 15J, 5oz coin silver case, gilt mvt, s#31974, runs. [2] Theo E. Studley, 11J, nickel case, gilt mvt, s#48562, runs. [3] Chester Woolworth, 15J, coin silver case, gilt mvt, s#33028, runs. [4] Novelty, 7J, gold-filled case with castle/mansion scene to rear and name to cuvette, gilt mvt with damascened barrel bridge, s#56346, NR, ticks for a short time after a twist then stops, overhaul needed; the "Novelty" grade typically came with a mixed plate finish of a nickel damascene barrel bridge in combination with a gilt main plate, we suspect this example begun its lifetime in this typical arrangement and has had its barrel bridge gold-plated at some later time post-producition.
CONDITION: Multiple lots sold as-is; running condition briefly checked and noted above along with any functional issues observed; condition report is minimal with not all flaws mentioned; please refer to photos; returns only accepted if our description contains an incorrect piece of information.
